Modified Versions

Some persons who found that the original Trunker didn't meet their needs or wanted to extend the program in other directions have created modified versions of the software.

Since the source code is available those with programming ability and knowledge of the control channel protcols could easily add, extend or modify the software.

r00t versions

A person going by the nickmane of "r00t" has developed a version for Windows with sound card decoding support.

ETrunker w/ESK Support

To satisfy some users of the EDACS system a very simple XOR encryption call EDACS Security Key (ESK) was created.

This weak XOR encryption can be decoded by this version of ETrunker.

The State of Florida, Colorado Springs, CO and City of San Antonio, TX (switches it on and off at a whim, presently off).
